I have been making soap for 2 years, CP and rebatch. I hadn't tried balms, lotions, or creams yet. I look forward to getting to know everyone.

  1. Thanks for the replies. I thought that it must clean because its soap but was confused by what I saw on soap calc. Is everyone else getting multiple messages from your yahoo group? I am getting up to six copies of the same message. nour6128
  2. Hi, I have a silly question about cleansing on soap calc. I know that 100%OO castile soap is mild but is still supposed to clean your skin but on soap calc it gives 0% cleansing? Does this mean that it doesn't clean your skin? I don't think so but was hoping that someone with more knowledge and experience could help explain it to me. Thanks, nour6128
  3. I haven't tried this yet but I have some soap scraps just begging to be used. Jo Ann Nourse
  4. So far I have used milk cartons, pringle cans, a 4# Mr Do Right mold I bought on ebay, and a variety of decorative molds. I am lousy at cutting soap but since I only make soap for me and my family I don't need a big mold so I will probably stick with the decorative mold for now. Jo Ann Nourse
