  1. I was going to say Mrs. Claus Sugar Cookie and Vanilla Bean Noel too-- they are completely identical.
  2. I don't like florals either but ICS is very strong. Don't know if it's close to an actual gardenia but customers are impressed by it.
  3. Well alrighty then! Guess that explains everything!
  4. I haven't ever picked up a fuel smell and we sell it quite a bit so I assume our customers don't either. I suppose depending on what kind of wax you put it in might bring out different things, and I've only made this in tarts, not candles.
  5. It's hard to explain this one. It's more than our Fresh Squeezed Orange which smells just like a poured glass of oj. This one to me is more like an exotic orange, if that would be the right word for it??? Just has more of a zip to it and I smell it definitely as an undertone, but it's there!
  6. We sell this and it's awesome!! The chili pepper scent isn't actually pepper, it's more of a spicy orange. Great seller, we use in a 50/50 soy blend.
  7. Mmmmm.........Juicy Pineapple is the only one from that list that I have and it's wonderful!!!! Strong!
  8. I've never gone wrong with Peaks! Everything I've ordered has been out of this world using 50/50 blend. Some of my favorites are: Brown Sugar & Fig Sage & Lemongrass Lemon Pound Cake White Tea & Ginger Fruit Slices I'm not a huge fan of florals but their Rose Bouquet is just amazing at how accurate it is! If you closed your eyes you'd swear there was an actual bouquet beneath your nose!
  9. Has to be Hot Orange Danish!!!! Even though it hardly ever sells for me which completely blows my mind.......I will never get rid of it because it will always be my absolute FAVORITE!!!
  10. Blueberry Muffin and Gingerbread............just thinking about them as I type this is making my stomach make strange noises. And for florals, has to be Lilac! And it sells like crazy!!!
  11. Snowtops....hands down! Their's is mouthwatering and the scent fills every room in by house! I've had friends test in their homes and they said the same thing.
  12. Well thank you for your input. I guess I'll have to try some samples and see if I can come close. I appreciate your help!
  13. Hi all. I hope you can help me out. Who makes a great Spiced Plum scent that is close to the P@rtyL!te scent? I have a request to match it but I don't know who's would come close. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
  14. Maybe try setting it on a tart warmer if you have one or one of those coffee mug warmers to get it to melt the wax and then you can just pour it out. Might take a little while but worth a try if you can't get it to pop out.
  15. Mixing red and green together is like mixing red, yellow and blue.....all primary colors, which when mixed together gives a neutral brown like color. So if you were to do these colors with the slightest bit more of the red, you could probably get something like a mauve.
  16. JMO, to me Mauve is somewhat deeper than a pastel, I'm guessing that if you mix mostly red and start adding tiny amounts (I use a toothpick) of black, you might get what you're looking for. This combo gets me my raspberry color but it might get you mauve with a little less black than what I use. You just have to experiament.
  17. MMMMmmmm NG Hot Orange Danish is the BEST!!!!
  18. I had always heard about using a heat gun for candlemaking and after spending so much money in the beginning of this venture, I didn't want to break down and buy one, so I tried a hairdryer. Works great! And I still haven't bought a heat gun yet.
  19. Is she "Bridezilla" or something? She may have asked you to do the impossible. Don't stress too much over it, if she wanted to save her flowers, she should have had her bouquet preserved.
  20. From my understanding, many places do sell the same fragrances, or very similar at least, and give them different names. I buy from both places and both are great. JS is definitely one of my favorites although a little expensive. I would go with the one where they have other fragrances that you want to get with your order or who is located closest to you to cut down on the shipping cost.
  21. Thanks Sarah. They are big sellers for me too! I guess you know to make those last dozen jars really count now, huh?
