Can you use the Vodka or Everclear when you are selling these? I would think you couldnt sell them this way with the alcohol in them. Maybe im wrong in this???

[FONT=Palatino Linotype]I had a question about the bears. I thought we could not make them anymore due to issues of someone saying they own the idea? I have a craft fair at the hospital i work in and i would love to make some. NO one around here (springfield missouri) really knows what they are and are excited about them and seeing some. But i dont want to make them then get sued or something lol Any help on this would be great!! ~Kim
