  1. SoyCandle.com has always put the customer service at the top of its list. If you make us aware of any issues you have we do will care of them. If your order has been delayed at all, it would be for one of the following reasons: Holidays off (we did get xmas off with our family along with new years) Non payments (cc declines or paypal payments that have not cleared) Products not in stock (we try our best to keep popular items in stock first then less popular thereafter) Or if a customer cancels the order theirself We would love to be able to promise same day ship out but we cannot in all orders ,but we do try to make that our goal because we understand what it feels like to need products quickly. I wish that some of these comments/issues would have been brought to my attention they truly would have been resolved promptly. As far as email answers go, I do my best to answer each email we receive myself as quickly as I can, I am sorry if certain emails did not reach me. I would never intend for any email to go unanswered. If it reaches my email box I answer it. Hope this helps answer your questions , if not give me a call and I will answer any questions you need answered. Thank you
  2. Hi, I can say that humidity does do that to a blended wax that has paraffin in it. We order our wax by the truckloads and in the winter time we get wax that you could almost compare to a rock , now in the summer we get our wax and it is soft. In my opinion and testing through summer/winter it has never hurt my end testing results either way.
  3. Great news on your testing. I'm glad to see you're happy with your results That hot apple pie does smell like a grandmas kitchen. I ordered some of that scarlette red from our supplier , thats one red we didn't have and now I know its pretty lol Melissa
  4. Southergal!!!!! Yeah!!! I knew you were a pro. Very nice color too...... Thanks for posting the pictures for us Melissa
  5. Hi AngelaVA Glad to hear you received your package ok. Can't wait to hear your results also. Melissa
  6. Hey southerngal I'm glad to hear that it has set up as pretty on your tests as it does for our candles. I cannot wait to see your pictures Take care Melissa
  7. Hi Jason, Wouldn't you call this soy-para?lol 90% soy 10% additives (some para) Melissa
  8. Looks like cracker barrell material, they sell great stuff I like the look
  9. Hi Southerngal It's always nice to hear from you, The suggested pour point for the soy pro is 100 -126 We suggest you bring soy pro to 165-175 before adding FO or color . let me know as soon as you get finished testing. So you already got the package ? WoW that was faster than I thought talk to you soon
  10. Hi all, I am Melissa from SoyCandle.com I think I can answer this question for you and I hope this helps also. We will have it on the market within a few weeks (hopefully days) The Soy-Pro is 90% soy, and 10% additives. The 10% is petroleum based, some of which is paraffin. It makes for the best possible candle in my personal opinion. I have been with a team making candles for a nationally known company for ten years now, and I have never made better candles than what is made using the Soy-Pro. This includes 100% paraffin, blended para-soys, palms, beeswax, and most certainly 100% soy. Period. If someone wants to make a 100% pure soy candle, this is not the wax for them. If they can settle for a 90% soy candle that does not frost, does not smoke, cools smooth and evenly, burns like a charm and throws scent like nobody's business, then Soy-Pro is the product for them. Hands down. I have been down the "pure soy" road, and in my opinion, it produces an inferior candle in many ways. This "Soy-Pro" wax is the real deal. I am more than happy to answer any further questions if anyone has any by pm or email. Take care Melissa
