  1. I really like SS's Pomegranate and the new mixes from Flickers. They are wonderful. Haven't tried JS's cupid, though----may have to check it out.
  2. Have you tried BNB from Peaks? I love this one but have read some good reviews about CS's version. Oh jeez, another oil to test! LOL
  3. This is a wonderful scent, I would keep it as my only lemon if I had to! LOL Great seller, too.
  4. I don't know if anyone else has a cake batter, but I say Daystar is a winner!
  5. I love all the coffee scents, they just seem to hit the nail on the head! I also am a big fan of Berry Buttercream, Creme de la Creme and Totally Scrumptious. They are from a few years ago, but continue to be steady sellers!
  6. The only one I have that you listed was the Banana Wafer Pudding and it is dead on. I love it and had a great throw after 48 hrs in my soy!
  7. Is this one similar to Greenleaf's wax? I just got some in, and it is so smooth, I love how easily it cuts! Great scent throw, too.
  8. YEP! They have great oils. I love every oil I have tried. Be sure to get Salty Sea Air, this is the best version if the scent! I use soy and soy blends and they work great in both.
  9. Try www.riekesglass.com They have great CS and ask for Rick. He is great and will send samples too.
  10. I forgot about these! LOL All of their scents rock!
  11. Got mine here too! I am so excited to have a way to make tarts without the worry of them losing scent like the clamshells.
  12. My top seller has been Birthday cake???? Weird! Pumpkin Pie Hot Buttered Rum Eggnog Harvest
  13. Absolutely! Peachy Pie Filling Sweet and Creamy Graham Cracker Crust Med. Fig Cleopatra Fresh glazed donuts Caramel Pecan Pie Coconut cream pie Wildberry crisp Teaberry.......basically all of them! LOL
  14. Hey don't feel bad, it happens to the best of us! I have found KY apple pie to be dynamite! I love this one, and I tested it next to JBN, it was much stronger. For something different, Daystar's Apple Pan Dowdy is yummy too. I am testing JS Amazing apple pie right now, and it is really nice too. I think it is much stronger and better than thier hot apple pie version.
  15. I love them too!!! I have had such great luck with Amy's oils. I just got in my order too! My favorites are: Strawberry Musk Birthday Cake Pineapple Cilantro Celtic Moonspice Flannel Sheets Cuke Mint Grasshopper Pie Clothespins Kickin caramel I can go on, they are just wonderful!!
  16. I have had the same issue as of late too. My scents that are acting up are from Daystar. I noticed the Vanilla Rum Raisin Balls and Vanilla Bean Noel, too. I also had a sugar cookie go bad.......I am considering dropping these from my line, I dont' want to lose money either.
  17. Very strong in soy, too---we sell it all year round.
  18. I don't get any lemon pound cake notes from LLC from SW at all---it is definitely a Lemon Curd scent---we make this stuff and that is what it smells like. Lemon Pound Cake from Peaks is excellent, for that scent though. The Lemon Tart from Backwoods was called London Lemon Curd---I have it! Awesome scent, I do like it better than SW's too.
  19. Caramel Nut Cluster from Snowtop is tops, much stronger than most I have tested, too.
  20. Did you happen to get any of her dreamy dessert collection? I am curious about these....love her pistachio ice cream and cinnamon baklava, delish! I wish she didn't discontinue the raspberry rugelach, that was so wonderful.
  21. Peaks-- hands down is the best. I have tried them all, including KY and BCS, they both have an artificial note I didn't care for, and Peaks is perfect.
  22. I am another person that has great success with JS oils. I have a few that don't throw well for me, no different than any other company. My best sellers are JS oils--and we carry lots of oils from other companies like CC, WYW, MC, FOH, SW, etc. Everyone loves my candles and the favorites are always JS. I think their oils are very nice complex oils.
  23. I agree, Stacien. Her unveiling of Diamond Creek's business was beyond unprofessional. I am absolutely appalled she would think coming on this board of thousands of candlemakers and proceeding to slander one of our members is going to help her business! My Goodness. I have told all of my candlemaking friends to stay away from Candlefind, as they are obviously biased and extremely unprofessional. I also wonder why she came on a candlemakers board in the first place, isn't she a candle buyer/reviewer? Doesn't this step on the toes of the candle companies that pay to advertise on her review site? I also believe she states unbiased reviews on her site, and after this post, I don't think there is any way that site is unbiased---they single people out and publicly humiliate them. Posting on a chandlers site in general is almost like she is trying to snoop and find out how her clients make their candles she reviews, or where they get their oils. Which to me is a conflict of interest. It all just seems sketchy to me. I would never run my business this way---first rule in business is to never badmouth the competetor or share personal business with other clients/customers. Nothing scares away customers more than to observe you acting unfairly to other customers. I think everyone should boycot this site, as it could cause damage to your business---I guess Carolyn showed her true colors.
