    Wow

Wow! Thank you for turning me on to them! Their selection is great!
  2. To me, that makes sense. Only because she (sorry, I don't know your name:embarasse) receive the good contracted under her purchase with her credit card. In that case, while it might have been "nice" of her to send the goods back w/ a tracking number, she certainly wasn't obligated. However, the supplier has yet to hold up their end of the bargain, so to speak, since her contracted goods are still not in her possession. Moreover, you would think that they would have scheduled a pickup for the incorrect merchandise to ensure there was no fraud. It still sucks that the driver released the package like that! Out of curiousity, what does your store front look like?
  3. Sorry to hear this has happened to you. I too would have thought that UPS could not release the package without a signature, but again, it is at the driver's discretion. However, if the account has explicit instructions not to release any packages, they (UPS) could be in a hard place). I think everyone learned a hard lesson in this one.
  4. Anyone had any luck with this besides the vodka recipe?
  5. Try www.mcsoywax.com and click on Add'l Supplies
  6. Send some gasoline doused matches and the candle back. I mean, since its no fire hazard and all.
  7. OMG WOW....I cant believe that one. I would think they would have a little more common sense (as well as PR) provided all the press they get. Budgie that sucks on both ends for you, but at least you have something in your files now of what NOT to sell.
  8. Are their oils sweetened like Bittercreeks too? Trejen, I love your site!
  9. Also, Christina, see if you can exchange links with someone or advertise on someone else's site as a preferred vendor. If you find another non-competing business that has a similar theme, this could work well for you if you are looking to pick up web orders. You may even gain a wholesale account.
  10. I have found a place that will allow me to purchase the jars I want without the lids. Now I am looking for a silver metal lid, size 89. Anyone know who sells them separately, yet doesn't want me to order one for each person in Uzbekistan as a minimum?
  11. Don't worry about it! My first website was TRASH with a capital I-T-S-U-C-K-E-D. Like I said, I loved the overall theme of it-- I felt very comfortable at the site. I say stay with those colors if you do change, I really like them and think they tie in well Keep up the good work and get to it whenever you are ready to step your online game up. Until them, keep making those gorgeous chunks!
  12. Hi Sabrina! I read your page with a very rough translation from Babelfish. Even though it was murky (not your fault, the general translation made it choppy), I will say overall the content was great. I liked the overall theme of the site, if that is what you are going for (an earthy, neutral and natural overtone). However, I will stongly suggest that you invest in a domain name and paid hosting. The benefits are well worth the cost. Moreover, if you choose to move to a place like Yahoo! or GoDaddy.com, you will have the extra benefit of getting a shopping cart. If you are not too web-savvy, invest in a template or find someone to make you one. Web presence is everything in an online business, and right now yours needs to be spruced up a bit. Keep up the good work! I LOVED that purple chunk candle-- it was gorgeous!
  13. Michael, my man! How have you been, babe? I'm great here! I've missed you too! I'm off to write more hate mail (that was funny night!).
  14. Soygirl, I love the colors of your website!
  15. Oh Fern Marie! Thank you! Actually my husband is over there as a civilian. Its hard to tell people b/c sometimes they say, "Oh", in such a disappointed tone and almost want take back their thanks! Little do they know how important his job is and how he puts his life on the line every day, just as much or more as any soldier I stay as busy as possible and that helps time pass. Its taken a toll, but we've put our 3 yr old in school and the baby is pretty much flexible! However, I can't tell you what a joy it has been having him home. His company keeps giving him an extension in the States, which I am grateful for too-- especially since he can celebrate our baby's 1st birthday on Tuesday. Thanks again for your very appreciated and kind words.
  16. LOL Bruce! For my DH, it's hot sauce. I'll look as well as I am interested too!
  17. Hey lady!!! I am in such AWE of you! I am really proud of you. Wow, how nice of you to remember me! I'm glad that your work is being acknowledged and respected for the art that it is! I love everything about it! Where have I been? Girl, don't even get me started. I had a breast reduction and it took me about a month or so to recuperate. Then I started teaching Spanish at my daughter's school to grades 4th-8th, still event planning (next big task is my high school reunion). My DH is home from Iraq on leave right now (big ole YAY). That's about it! I've been lurking as of late and waned to slow down and give you props! I am so very happy and proud of you. You're making that baby a household name!!
  18. Just wanted to say way to go girlfriend! I'm proud of you!
  19. I ditto the nixing the splash page-- everything from the logo to the pages are gorgeous! And perhaps make the menu accessible from the first page; if your customer has to do too much clicking to get what they want, they will definitely leave your site, ruining your conversion rate.
