  1. Greetings everyone, I have a company in Europe that specializes in candle making, all kinds, home, church, grave type of candles. At the moment, i have few quotations for palm oil with the price around 1400 EUR per tonne. Currently, the market seems a bit down and despite lower prices than few months ago, we are still too expensive to some customers, not to all, but for some. I would like to know if anyones has any other offers for palm oil that are lower and has similar problems currently on the market. Of course this could also be a incoming recession. Best regards.
  2. I currently use liquid paraffin, but it is not very enviroment friendly. Yes, i have access, just dont know yet which one would be the best one.
  3. I have alredy tried different cooking oils, but the burning is not good, to much soot and smell + the price of it is too high.
  4. Hello everyone, I know most topics here are for solid wax candle making, but i am searching for liquid oil/wax for my catridges made form sustainable materials. I have tried methylesters, but no luck for now, some biodiesel and yeast oil, but they dont burn good. Anyone have any solutions? Methlyesters should burn good, but it depends of the carbons. Many thanks in advance.
  5. Greetings everyone, I am having trouble finding the right blend for above mentioned candle. I have tried different blends with materials, but the candle burns too quickly or it eaves a lot of residue on the sides. It seems i can not find the correct solution with wicks, tested many. Shoud i used the paraffin with more oil content or harder palm oil? Right now i have soft palm oil that burns great on its own, so does the paraffin. Any advice on the blend?
