  1. Thanks for the response. Candle Cocoon's wicking chart for sugar shanty with 464 in a 3" diameter is cdn16. I was told to use the 464 wick guide as a starting point for millennium. I just feel like I'm way off or doing something wrong!
  2. I'm testing candle cocoon's sugar shanty in millenium wax. Pictures are about 2 hours of burning, 3 inch diameter jar. Does this melt pool look OK at this point? Cd 8 wick... which just seems like a small number. This wick required no trimming so far. Thanks
  3. https://www.fillmorecontainer.com/c12-02w-case12lug-ozs.html It is wider than it is tall, but not by much. I would be using millennium wax. Thanks!
  4. I am testing millennium with cd wicks- heating to 160, adding FO at 160 and pouring at 110. I just realized the manufacturer instructions say heat to 160 and add FO at 135. Does 135 seem kind of low to add FO? I am just wondering about the FO bonding. Obviously I will need to test. Just wondering if anyone is willing to share their experiences with this wax? Thanks!
  5. @NightLight @TallTayl FO: 4% lavender lullaby by Candle Cocoon Stirred initially for 1-2 minutes then on and off until 150 pour temperature reached. Candled cured for 3 days.
  6. @NightLight thanks, I will play around with temps. I poured different bw917 candles last night and looking at them this morning, the tops are smooth but almost have a swirl like effect... is this another sign the FO is not bonding?
  7. Hello, Are the small beads of liquid (assuming FO?) appearing on the surface of this candle normal? It has been lit for around 20 minutes. Wax is bw917- coconut, soy & beeswax. FO added at 170 per manufacturer instructions. Thanks!
