Hey thank you so much for the reply. Yeah I think it's the wax problem itself as well. I have tried in so many ways but ended up with the same result. I contacted the seller and will be getting a refund for it.

I have always been using these soy wax from the same company. Both the soft wax and pillar wax are behaving weird. It turns out like cauliflower. I have tried several times but I have been getting the same result. Does anyone know what the issue is?
