    Hi , after burning crack in the shape of a circle is showing up in my coconut soy wax candles? Does anyone know why ? I cooled candles after pouring elevated off the granite in cardboard

    Thank you ! I will try putting the candles on something other than granite - it’s just frustrating to see the X - they burn fine too - thank you so much for your help !

    Hi thank you - I use a wooden chopstick set that I got on Amazon and they are big - I have poked all the way to the bottom and used a heat gun - it’s happened to over 6 candles ! My house is usually like 76 degrees - I did have them on granite countertops

    Hi , in my coconut soy wax when burning I get what looks like a big x around the wick - I have used 4 different wicks , used a chopstick to pop any sink holes and it is still happening - does anyone know what I sm doing wrong ? Thank you!

    Hi I’m also getting cracks in my melt pool , im Not sure what I am doing wrong and can’t find any info on this topic !
