Help! Soy wax crumbly in spots

Hi everyone Please could I ask for your help. I recently started making candles using 100% soy wax and fragranced oils (I do about 9%). I’ve noticed that after setting the wax is crumbly in some parts, mostly around the wick. I pour to manufactures instructions (56 degree Celsius) and I warmed up my containers as well, but this hasn’t helped. Could it be a dodgy soy wax, should I try another brand? Any help would be appreciated 😊
