  1. Hey there👋, I recently find out about this forum, I am so hopeful to find some relieving answers to my concerns. I used to carve and curl candles (cut n curl) but since I relocated to North America I faced a lot of trouble to find the right paraffin wax. I am still struggling to find the appropriate wax and the right ratio of additive to make it as smooth as my previous wax (54C-56C melting point). I am working with IGI1239 (MP58) and 4045 (MP 62) plus microcrystalline. I even brought the dipping temperature up to 85C, still can't achieve a malleability, and wax breaks as I curve. So, Kindly, If anyone can share experience, advice, paraffin ref / suppliers, ratio..., I will be very thankful and grateful 🙏. My trials and testing are costing me so much and above all it is frustrating me 🥺so much, though it use to be my source of pleasure and destress away from my family.
  2. hey there👋, I just find out about this forum, I am myself in the carving candle business, I just relocated to North America, where the wax characteristics are different from what I used previously. I know it has been years since you posted your concern, but if you still need supplier, I can share mine, it's was from Ukraine, best prices and product I worked with so far, Wax for carving ( no need for any additives and worked perfectly) and all the necessary tools and equipments. let me now if you still need a supplier. However I am still struggling to find the appropriate wax and the right ratio of additive to make it as smooth as my previous wax. So If anyone can share paraffin ref and supplier, also microcrystalline ref and ratio,I will be very grateful 🙏, as my trials and testing are costing me so much, and most important thing it is frustrating me 🥺so much though it use to be my source of pleasure and destress.
