  2. Hi! thank you for the tips! I wanted to use natural waxes so I might try beeswax - I've read it's not the best for scented candles because it doesn't keep it well though. I might look to mix it with something maybe? Thank you again
  3. Hello! I'm new here and I'm new to the world of candle making as well So, your help would be very much appreciated as I'm getting crazy. I've been testing some scented taper candles with palm wax first and then with soy wax (and added essential oils) - the results however were not much satisfying: the candles burn too fast (3hrs for palm and around 2 hrs for soy pillar) and they drip like crazy. The wick should be fine as it's the smallest I could find by Weco (for up to 25mm). The mould are 2.2 at the base and thinner on the top. I was wondering, would any of you advise to add some additives to soy to make it harder maybe? or blend it with another natural wax? the scent throw is very important but also that candles can last for decent time Thank you in advance for your help!
