    Thanxs will try it. It is pillar wax just forgot to add that bit on, (still not really surprising at 2.00 am). Nice to know you can get advice even at this hour of the morning.

    Recently got 10 kilos parafin wax. The supplier stated that sterin was required, however if I added sterin I got a badly mottled effect. If I left the sterin out I still got the same effect. I have tried adding different quantities and re-heating(this seems to lessen the effect a little) but nothing really works. Any suggestions:(
