The picture is the film like substance I described that took so long to melt. I thought it could possibly be the vybar but wanted to see what others thought.🤷‍♀️

Once I placed the above back into the melted wax it did melt. Is this normal?

I just started making tarts for Christmas presents this year...time is dwindling and with all of my research I can’t find anything about this current issue I’m having. Any help would be much appreciated. On this batch I used 14.4 ounces of para-soy tart and votive wax a forth of a teaspoon of vybar103 and 1 ounce liquid scent now I have a creamy gel layer on top that never fully melts.
