  1. I'm just trying to not add tooooo much to my table but I really want to display things that don't really work in a tin as well. If these had been another 1/2 inch taller my bears would have worked. Maybe I'll look for something just slightly larger and I can put all 3 in!
  2. What do you guys think? I bought these hoping my bears would fit in them but it seems my mini cupcakes and macarons are the only thing really able to display. Should I make use of them or return?
  3. To be fair I think most just thought they were decorative. I may have to make sure I display them in a way that shows they are wax.
  4. Yeah I have zero desire to start my learning curve all over with candles!! I decided against the bags when I was trying to figure out how to display them for my upcoming fairs. I'll still bag them for online orders to reduce costs for customers and myself. Especially since most of my stock for the fairs are small that can easily go into the tins for value. The fancy hearts and bears and such wouldn't go in there very nicely so they'll just be online I fear. I may display a few of the bears on the table by themselves and have some in the back just in case but I didn't sell any of them the last time.
  5. Yes I'm sure it will evolve but for now I'm 1000% more happy with this than my first one. Deciding to use tins for my melts instead of bags was the best decision I've ever made! The tiny ones in the front tray are going to be all the sniffers so hopefully that will deter people a tiny bit from opening random tins.
  6. Thank you! That is quite helpful for me.
  7. Okay so we all know I wasn't thrilled with my setup the last time. This time I think I nailed it though. I'm so so so happy but still seeking any input or suggestions to make it better. All of the tins will have labels on them by the time we get there and I may add more but I think the surplus will stay behind/under the table. I don't want to overdo that. I also have my big board sign for behind it all and I have purple balloons I'm going to tie a few to each end of the table for some added flair. I don't have my own table (yet) so I had to measure out the sheet on my floor and set things up. Forgive that aspect of the photos. What do you all think?
  8. Thank you! I'm hoping that's the case and I'm not leaving it sit for weeks or anything but it has set for hours or overnight a couple of times.
  9. Nobody? I've reheated a few times so I hope I'm not completely messing this up!
  10. I'm curious how many times wax can be reheated using the presto pot if there's no dye or FO in the pot. Does it lose anything if it hardens and melts multiple times? I do smaller batches but I really like the convenience of the presto pot over the double boiler.
  11. I'm hoping to find a FO to match this scent. Anyone familiar with it? I have some of their scent pods left but they stopped making this. Their straight amber vanilla is not the same for me. I remember seeing someone mention a site that would match/duplicate but now I can't find it. Thanks!
  12. I haven't. The only suppliers I've tried so far other than the 3 I listed are Elements, Fragrance Buddy and The Candle Source.
  13. I am using them for displays at my next craft fair putting a bit of crinkle shreds in then a few melts and then selling the melts in the smaller ones. They have 16 and 20oz. I wish they had even larger ones too but I think these will do nicely.
  14. I also buy from Candlewic because I haven't found anyone else selling the 20oz.
  15. Still resisting but they keep sending reminder emails! I'm going to end up giving in.....🙈
  16. Oh their cream cheese frosting is TO DIE FOR. It honestly smells exactly like cream cheese frosting. It's my favorite of everything I've got. The chocolate lavender I have a 2oz of but haven't used it yet but OOB smells amazing.
  17. I haven't but now I'm thinking I may need to.!
  18. They are probably my favorite oils. Must Resist
  19. I agree on this about the masks. However, I have found that these work because of the filters but only if you are doing a small batch. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076R8HSM2
  20. No I used 6% because that's the recommended max for EcoSoya PB.
  21. I gave it a good 2 weeks like I do all my other melts.
  22. No need! After a good curing time they are far stronger than I thought before!
  23. Ecosoya PB is my choice. GW for Tarts & Molds is also good but it tends to frost more than the PB.
