  1. Hello, Can someone suggest a good vanilla to mix with nutmeg. Also, any suggestions on Nutmeg would be great too. I use 415 soy and would like it to be a strong thrower! Thanks! Debi
  2. Hello, I use 415 and sometimes mix with 402 for harder to burn fragrances. I want to possibly switch to 464. Those of you who now use 464 - I am concerned about scent throw. I have such candle nose that I cannot tell the difference in throw. I was wondering if the additives affect the scent throw at all or does it make it better. Thank you for any replys. Debi
  3. clean sheets from FOH is wonderful!
  4. I keep my wax in the garage no heat no air-conditioning - have not had a problem yet. Does anyone store their finished candles in a cold or hot garage? I put mine in the house - but would love to keep everything in the garage. Let me know if you do. Thanks Debi
  5. thanks for the replys on the rain scent. also, glad to hear about the cinnamon super throw. to tell you the truth, i am sending it back with the candle i poured for them to look at. debi
  6. Hello, I am looking for a rain scent that does not smell like perfume or flowers. Something fresh! I use 415 and 444. Also, I purchased the moon glo super throw cinnamon and it does not smell like cinnamon at all! Has anyone else purchased this oil? I am wondering if I got the wrong scent. I poured it in a jelly jar with a 104 wick and had a good melt pool but no scent at all. On their site it say that it replaces the red hot cinnamon. Let me know if you know something about this oil. Thank You!!!!! Debi
  7. I was intriged by the description for the super throw cinnamon x10 and I purchased from it from moon glo. I poured today, out of the bottle and in wax it does not smell like cinnamon to me. Has anyone else tried this yet? I will let you know how it smells when it burns. Debi
  8. I stopped ordering ezsoy due to shipping to Illinois which is not really that far away from them.
  9. Wow, I would not think to pour hotter. The ones I pour almost slushy look great. I will try pouring at a higher temp. I was able to fix some of them, but if I use the heat gun too much, then I get seepage. I might do a second pour to fix the tops. Thank you for your reply. Debi
  10. Hello, I hope someone can explain what I have done wrong... I poured 6 cases of 12 jars today. Five cases were fine, but one case the jars were slushy in the jars for a long period of time (were not setting up) and now 5 hours later they are super rough, lots of tiny holes and some look whipped. I heated to 180 and put my fragrance in at 175 (1.5 oz. per pp) and poured at 130 or below. Has anyone had this happen? My 415 has never did this to me. HELP! Thanks for any replys! Debi
  11. Hello, Does anyone pour pumpkin cornbread in 415 soy with great scent throw? I am not getting a lot sooooo I am wondering if it is just me. Thanks for input.
  12. How do we know if we have used an old version?. I have purchased from Soycandle 1 month ago and from Millcreek two months ago. I could not pour this wax hot (under 120) ever.
  13. Hello, I have poured about 8 cases of this wax and in the beginning I was getting the sink holes. I then tried pouring like I do with 415, around 100 or 110 and no more sink holes. I know you are suppose to be able to pour hot, but I have not been able to. Pour cooler see if this helps you. Debi
