Yep Patchouli Honey was a fav here also. They did say WSP had a patchouli honey. I looked at the notes and it's missing a few things so I dont even think it's the same oil

I can totally see this happening. Used to happen to me at the beginning but now I buy a lot of oil that will last 6 months. This way the cost of shipping is reasonable. I'm also lucky that I have 3 candle supply store close to me for wax.

How are yall handling the price increase with wax especially? We still have about 10 boxes left from what we purchased at the beginning of the year. Is anyone taking a price increase on products? Or are you just eating the extra cost?

TBH, some of them are actually doing ok but the rest (I’m looking at you WSP and everything related to it) are not even trying at all.

I'm starting to be proactive in ordering. I used to wait until I was almost out in the past because for most suppliers, I could order on Sunday night and get by Wednesday - Thursday at the latest. These days though sigh. Two weeks is the minimum lead. Who knew my production engineering class will come in handy.

I'm replenishing our usual oils and I remember the good ol days when a holiday weekend meant a sale of one oil or the other. I wonder if we will ever get back to that. Seems like there's a lot of demand now since the "panama"

hahaha you're on to something. JS's old labels were fantastic - with the red tape on the bottles. How WSP saw that and decided, yeah our bad ones are better is scary.

I just checked my regular oils and they're still same price. I just pray they keep the same formula. I'd hate to start looking for new oils right now

Oh no that must really hurt. I got the wood sage & sea salt. Been using it for almost 3 years and thankfully nothing has changed.

very. Customer service already sucks with WSP. I hope quality doesn't take a hit. I have a fav from each of these companies and I'm so scared that something will change

It's really terrible. I totally understand Covid and resources but WSP has been bad before Covid. I hate that they bought JS. You're right, hopefully, they can stop buying until they can get their supply chain together.

looks like they're operating just like WSP now. I used to be able to order on Sunday evenings, have it shipped by Monday and have my goodies by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. It's been a week now and my order still hasn't shipped. I have an order from WSP, 2 weeks later still hasn't shipped. Meanwhile, I ordered some samples of jars from China on Tuesday of last week and I got it yesterday.
