  1. These lids that we (BayouSome.com) are Seaquist. Oberk is a Distributor, not a Manufacturer.
  2. We are discussing it. I must first get more of these off my warehouse floor to make room, and accumulate budget money for the purchase. Hopefully before the end of the season, but I cannot promise that right now.
  3. You can take messages that are in your spam folder and add the sender to your trusted list of email senders. I do not use Yahoo mail, but it should not be too difficult to figure out. Thanks for the order, Bill Griffith BayouSome.com, Inc.
  4. Hi Melissa, I can assure you that I did reply to your email on 7/28/2009 at 1:43 PM (7 min after you sent the email to us). Chances are it wound up in your Spam folder. You use Yahoo and they are really bad about misclassifying email as spam. It is our policy to answer any and all email that we receive as quickly as possible. On rare occations, an email may slip through, but that was not the case this time. Thank you for understanding, Bill Griffith BayouSome.com, Inc
  5. http://www.bayousome.com/petbottles.htm This is what we recommend. Bill Griffith BayouSome.com, Inc.
  6. Either type of plastic will work fine for lotions. It is more a personal preference issue on what you like the look of. Keep in mind that bottles are sold by the volume capacity, which means that in an 8 oz bottle is designed to hold 8 fluid ounces of product. To determine fill level, you can use a liquid measuring cup and put 8 oz of water into a bottle. This will show you the fill line of the bottle. You should not fill the bottle any higher than that point. Over filling a bottle can lead to catastrophic failure of the container when the product warms up (Left in a hot car) and expands. I hope this information helps, Bill Griffith BayouSome.com, Inc http://www.bayousome.com
  7. BayouSome.com has the jars with a multitude of lid choices. Unfortunatley that lid is not one of the choices. Bill Griffith BayouSome.com, Inc. http://www.BayouSome.com
  8. You can find it on this page of our web store. http://www.bayousome.com/miscsupplies.htm We have plenty in stock. Thanks for recommending us, Bill Griffith BayouSome.com, Inc.
  9. If you ordered the jars from BayouSome.com, there is a link to a dimensions page in the description of most every jar. Bill Griffith BayouSome.com, Inc.
  10. The size of the seal is directly related to the size of the cap required for the container. Cap sizes are denoted as Neck Diameter/Thread Style (20/410, 24/410, Etc) To install the seals, you should make sure the lip of the container is clean and free of oily residue. This is easily accomplished by wiping with a paper towel and some Isopropyl Alcohol. I will be adding instructions to the web site in the next few days. Jar sized seals come with instructions in the pack. You should test the seals with your product to ensure compatibility prior to shipping to your customer. Bill Griffith BayouSome.com, Inc
  11. All lip tubes are not the same. The manufacturer you spoke to may not make the "Cold Fill" tubes, but they are out there. I know because we purchased a large batch, on the surplus market a couple of years ago, and later found out from the manufacturer that they were designed to be cold filled. Cold filled tubes are filled by inserting the product as a "plug" once it has already been hardened in a mold. We wound up droping them in the dumpster, as we did not want to carry something that was problematic. The hot fill tubes are designed to have melted liquids poured into them. There is still a great deal of the cold fill tubes on the surplus market. We advertise as "Hot Fill" tubes in order to point out that these are not the same ones that are being sold on the surplus market which we USED to carry.
  12. BayouSome.com does not carry Glass Jars. We do have a HUGE selection of PET jars though.
  13. All you have to do is login to the Yahoo group and look at the Links section. The "Secret Specials" page is always posted there. The link to the group is... http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/BayouSomeBargains/
  14. I will be getting in some Cobalt Blue 2 oz bottles in the next month. Bill
  15. Your Prayers have been answered. BayouSome.com has just received a shipment of Amber PET bottles. I have added them to our "PET Bottles" page. I hope to have photos soon, but they are the same as the Cobalt Blue PET boston rounds, only these are Amber. Bill Griffith http://www.BayouSome.com
