Hello all! I've been into soap making business since past 3 years and I must say I'm doing pretty good. Last year, I started my own company and next week we'll be celebrating our first anniversary. I must say I've been lucky enough to get the best employees and as a token of appreciation I'm thinking of giving all of them, small awards for their hard work. But I'm not that experienced with purchasing prizes and stuffs. Checking online I found this site and I really liked these trophies. http://www.houlthellewell.com/our-product-line/classic-trophies-awards/ But I'm quite not sure of their prices. I however, don't want the expense to go high. So, would really like your advice on this. Also we'll be launching a new fragrance for our soap, next week. We started off with strawberry fragrance soaps and now we are trying to get in with coconut. I don't know what kind of response would we get for it, but just hope that we would succeed in this to. What do you guys think? Will we do good with this too?
