I just heard about these. Has any one made one or seen them at arts and craft fairs. Suppose to use lamp oil and it looks like the flame is embedded in the rock. Sure not much on the internet about them. Lynn

Hm, I read on Bittercreek's message board the debate on the safety of adding Vick's to candles. One woman said she was a witness to the candle catching on fire. Right on the Vicks label it says: Warning: Do not heat. Never expose to flame, microwave or any container in which you are heating water. Lawsuit is not a lovely word. Lynn

Has anyone heard about Old Virginia Candle Company coming out with a wooden wick container candle. It makes a sounds like wood burning in a fire. Wonder if we will ever be able to buy wooden wicks??? Lynn
