Bergamot w/Rosemary and Mint overpour, Banana w/Apple Butter Caramel overpour, Spiced Cranberry w/Raisin Bread & Butter overpour, Bergamot, Lemon Peel w/ Pink Sugar overpour and lastly, Banana, Chocolate, Wild Cherry w/Pralines and Cream overpour. Three varieties were made with a silicone ice cube mold (nice and neat), the others were my attempt at doing it the regular way. I'd love opinions on the chunks made with molds. Is it ok, or just doesn't have the "it" factor.
