Ok people. I have been asked by the neighboring 4-H club to help them make a water candle for their next project. Duh! I forgot how to do it. I know I need a core candle. A taper really and that they are dipped into water that wax has been poured into or on top of. But I don't want to mess this up for them and I need some help with the directions. They don't want to make ice candles, that is too childish, they told me. Besides they made one before. Anyone know where I can find the instructions? I need them before the 11th of January.
