  1. Has anyone ever come across an oil that smells like Scentsy Lotus Cove? I have had a couple of customers request this from me since they have discontinued it but I've never seen an oil with the name.
  2. Might I suggest IGI 6006 for your clams not as a mix but on it's own. NG doesn't carry it but most other stores do. It is soft but does come out.
  3. At least I think they are parasoy? I can't remember it's been a couple of years.
  4. I used to sell scentsy. I know, I'm sorry lol. It was before I discovered the wonderful world of homemade. I was never taught the wall thing just to explain that our wax was safe since a lot of customers were concerned about that. I find it odd they are bashing on soy since their blend is parasoy. I believe it though as I have personally witnessed consultants telling all sorts of made up craziness trying to make the sale. As far as the warmers go yes it voids the scentsy warranty to melt other vendors. The only way they would be able to tell that you maybe have melted another vendor would be if the warmer were discolored. Some dyes do discolor the warmers and scentsy's does not.
  5. That is where these are from too. I'm hoping it's just my nose being sensitive then. What temp do you pour at?
  6. I have been struggling with the dreaded plastic smell. It's not too bad but if you remove the wax and flip it over you can smell it. I feel like I'm pouring about as cool as I can. My wax is paraffin with a melt point at 145 so I've been pouring at 150. I'm curious what temp everyone is pouring their clamshells? Also please note if you have a soy, parasoy, or paraffin blend. Thanks
  7. NG dye smells absolutely horrid but I've never been able to actually smell it in my wax
  8. And now I will hang my head in shame that I never thought of this lol
  9. Thanks Karen! I have been buying it from Lonestar and don't care for the packaging they ship it in as it's just a bag. Do you know a company who ships it in tubs? That would be much easier in my opinion. I feel like I waste wax using the bags
  10. Okay what do you scoop your 4627 with? I'm having a hard time finding the perfect tool.
  11. Well phooey it's out of stock at Peak
  12. Anyone have a recommendation for a true honey? I have tried a couple that were just nothing like honey to me.
