  1. I don't even know where I got mine from. either a swap or I bought it from the classifieds. I have tried a few other JS scents and was not impressed at all. But the throw I get out of the chesnuts and brown sugar is awesome. My sister buts an 8 oz jar on her warmer and you can smell it thru her whole house.
  2. Do you use the same fo's for B&B and candles? I have some from SW and SC that are kickass in soap & B&B but the are pricy so I can't bring myself to pour them into wax. Do you only offer certain scent in B&B and not in candles? Or try and find something comparable smelling and use that in candles and the pricier Fo in wax?
  3. that CC latte does look good..... Might have to check that out...
  4. I love this scent and so does everyone else. This is the only scent I buy from JS. Can someone suggest another supplier for it? I don't want to buy just 1 scent from them. thanks
  5. Thanks!!!! I was just thinking that the polymer clay would be great crafty things to do with the kids. I have never even so much as looked at the stuff in a craft store so I was just kinds surfin online and seeing what was out there. I figured it was alot like wax, personal preference. I need another craft like I need a hole in the head but my boys aren't into floral design, decorating cakes, candles or B&B so I thought this may be a good one for us to do together.
  6. what is the difference in the brands of clays? I was checking out polymerclayexpress.com and there are 5 or 6 different kinds? Thanks
  7. Trish, thanks.. I am not working anymore so I can concentrate more on my business. It is for both. I have close to 100 now and that is just way to many. I have about 5 of what I carry now that will definately stay. CC-Sultry Angel SW- Sweet pea and sandlewood JS- Chesnuts & Brown Sugar SS- buttery pumpkin pie SS- orange chiffon I am going to keep a bunch of single note scents so I can keep mixing my own blends so I guess what I am looking for is just those absolute to die for complex scents. Thanks Sandy
  8. MMS is out of stock. But www.thesoapdish.com is $24.00 a pound and www.kangarooblue.com is $26.00. HTH
  9. Well if I just went by my nose I would do nothing but spices and cinnamons... that's why I figured I would ask. LOL.. I have such a large selection now that there are very few that are absolute have to haves.
  10. I know this has been asked before but I can't find the threads. I am streamlining everything and want to have about 15 maybe 20 Fo's and that is it. What are absolute must haves?
  11. Well besides candles and B&B I do all kinds of floral projects, wreaths, arrangements, and that kind of thing. I can decorate cakes. I do want to start making jewelry and glassbeads. I don't scrapbook. would love to but don't have the room. And I am very handy with power tools.
  12. I use an eco 6 in most of my 8oz jj's and 8's in the heavier fo's
  13. it was the very blue from soap silly......oh well.... it is a great color right now ... I am hoping it doesn't change on me again...
  14. I made soap today... First time in ages. I used SW Sweet Pea & Sandlewood. The color changed so much from start to finish. Just oils and lye water were a pale pale yellow... Added Fo.... Turned florescent yellow. Added Blue colorant.. Went from florescent yellow to baby shit to chocolate brown to the most gorgeous burgandy. Never once touched the blue I was using nor the green I wa trying to create....:embarasse
  15. I love peaks.... Have never tried another I was so happy with theirs...

  20. is it just me or has the price of this jumped terrible in the last 6 months or so.... I used to be able to get 55 #'s at like $4.50 a pound now it is like $7.50 ..
  21. There is Zen Tea that smells like instant iced tea with lemon IMHO. Or for a true tea smell there is SW's Iced Black Keemun Tea.
  22. My guess is going to be that it came from Oils by nature..... that seems to be the most commonly co-op butter and oil supplier.. Or maybe columbus foods....
  23. LOL... sorry... I unmolded and it looks good... I will take some pictures this weekend.... my camara isn't working right now..
  24. Thanks for the encouragement guys....LOL>. seems to have hardened nicely over night.... I will unmold when I get home from work.....
