    I use CD wicks with my soy wax. Does very well.

    I always wash my jars. The wick stickums won't stick on mine otherwise.

    I too use the heat and wipe with paper towels. I keep my pour pot on the double boiler and keep wiping

    I also use canola oil and have no problems with it

    I use the plastic medicine cups. I got them at Walgreens on their website. 1.99 for 100. I bought enough to qualify for the free shipping.

    I have and old breadboard, one that I use! only for cutting wax. I place the wax slab on it and use an ice pick and slice chuncks off. HTH

    I've soaped Stonehenge From Bittercreek North, it's wonderful!! Their FCC Lavender is great too.

    I got a 1 oz bottle of Aqua Pier One Type from Elements and it is a very nice water scent, very clean smelling!
