  1. Sorry to repost....I didn't see where my post from last night was there so I redid it tonight.
  2. I happen to be with CandleWealth and have been with them since the beginning in March of 2004. I would not mind having a discussion with any of you on an individual basis, but I find it offensive to read so many people bashing a company when they don't know the particulars. We do not teach making candles in the microwave as the "normal" way to make them. However, an insta-candle was created as a way to introduce someone to soy candles. And yes...you can make it in the microwave, but no...it is not the practical way to make candles if you are going to be making any quantity of them. I must say I found this particular link to be much more dangerous than anything we have done.
  3. I have been with Candle Wealth ever since it began in March of 2004. I would be willing to talk to any of you on an individual basis, but it does anger me to see you bashing a company that you really don't know much about.
  4. I'm curious. I have only made soy candles so I am wondering what is 1275? It really doesn't take all that long for soy to begin to harden. I sometimes make layered candles and the wait isn't too bad. I'm just wanting to know are you trying to mix soy with something else???? Don't mean to sound stupid, but like I said all I deal with is soy.
  5. Thanks for your response but I already make them in my air conditioned home. I do everything in my kitchen. I am wondering though if lavender and lilac could be heavier...I tend to measure instead of weigh (shame on me).
  6. Does anyone ever have a problem with oil raising to the surface after using a hair dryer or heat gun for a smoother top? I had never had a problem until recently (wonder if it has to do with the weather conditions?). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
