  1. Yeah, I try to rename mine. Some that I have renamed: Midnight Pomegranate is now Dark Rapture Cotton Candy is now Clownin' Around Watermelon is now Summer Days Sandalwood is now Hippie Daze Just to name a few that I have renamed. The Dark Rapture is my biggest seller right next to French Vanilla Pear (I am trying to come up with a new name for that one but haven't caught on to a good one yet) Angi
  2. Yeah, I am going for the songs with color names in them. My next one is Purple Rain and I will use the Grape Pop for it Just have to figure a good fragrance for it. Angi
  3. Here are a few that I have worked on: Green Tambourine - scented with a blend of patchouli and sandalwood, colored with Pop micas Crystal Blue Persuasion - scented with a beach fragrance, colored with Pop Micas: Orange Crush - scented with Mandarin Coconut, colored with Pop Micas: Strawberry Kiwi - scented with Strawberry Kiwi Sorbet: Chamomile Green Tea - scented with Green Tea and added chamomile tea to it: Angi
  4. I love the black and white one! Angi
  5. My aunt said the same thing, my very very simple answer was you can't have soap with out lye. I then was a further smart ars and said so I suppose you have not ever used a bar of soap in your entire 60 years of existence LOL! Angi
  6. I have made it but only as a special request from someone who didn't mind paying a higher price for soap. Angi
  7. Here is the mold I used: http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/ProductDetail.aspx?CatalogID=1&GroupID=261&CategoryID=1899&ProductID=7444&ProductName=Crafters+Choice%e2%84%a2+Basic+Rectangle+Silicone+Mold+0601 I don't have to cut so I absolutely love it! Each mold only makes the 4 bars and I use a 16oz recipe. I don't mind doing smaller batches but I now have 6 of these molds and keep on adding more. I do have to let the soaps sit for about 5 days before they are hard enough to pop out. I tried it earlier than that and the bottoms were too soft and messed up. angi
  8. I bought the guiness for my husband and he didn't like it, I'm not a beer drinker so he was fixing to pour these 8 bottles of beer down the drain until I yelled STOP!! I can make SOAP! He just looked at me :undecided LOL Angi
  9. The beer soap is so super easy. Except it stinks to high heaven when you mix in the lye lol! I don't wait for the beer to go flat, I just pour the lye in very slowly and have had no issues with it. Angi
  10. I have a couple of new soaps on the curing rack. Going to be making some more! Forgive the pictures, I suck at them lol. The last soap looks like a bar of cookies and cream ice cream Angi Spearmint Guiness Soap Spearmint Guiness Soap with Poppy Seeds Cocoa Butter Coffee Bar
  11. Those candles with the gel chunks and white overlay are made by a few other companies as well that I have seen online. Angi
  12. I purchase templates from here: http://www.freiscavell.com/ She has her labels listed with pictures of the actual jars and bottles which is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It helped me in so many ways. My label is actually my logo that I had someone create for me so that was very easy too. I do have 2 fragrances (Hippie Daze, Groovy Patchouli) that I am going to make labels for that are 60ish with bright colors so that will take me a bit since I won't be using my logo. Angi
  13. The recipe I use is very very simple, 75% coconut oil 25% shea butter Easy peasy. Angi
  14. I live by my Printmaster program. I don't use it online so no issues for me. I was also able to find some really cheap templates that I purchased for the size of bottles and jars that I have. They were a God send and worth the $3 each I spent on them I finally love the labels I am using! Two examples: I'm not that great at photos but you can get the general idea Angi
  15. WSP has them too. That is where I got mine from. Angi
