  1. You state that "I mix the C-3 with fully refined paraffin in my molds". Why are you mixing in the molds? Just wondering if this is the cause of the frosting.
  2. With the crazy price increases, and changes in my supplier's new policy (pallets only), I am searching for someone in Ohio to split a pallet of wax. It doesn't have to be all the same kind. C-3 is $1.66lb, 50/50 premium parasoy is $1.34lb. They have other blends, but these are the ones I am familiar with. The locations for pick up can be discussed, but either in Muncie Indiana, or NW Ohio, or somewhere in between.
  3. I would say Peaks Purely Peppermint is the menthol type, and not the sweet vanilla type. Keystone has the right scent, just not nearly as strong. Of course I purchased 6 pounds, I think, so I will have to use the rest up. Any chance you would sell your bottle of Peaks?
  4. Just an update on this scent from Keystone. It came in but it is not the AMAZING Purely Peppermint from Peaks. It isn't nearly as strong. So basically, it's like all the rest I have tried. Looks like this one is gone forever!
  5. Both of your posts seem a little bit odd.
  6. That is strange....she told me it's on order and due in any time now! I gave her my info and how much I wanted to order and she said they will notify me when it's in. ????
  7. Thank you, I will give them a call in the morning! Sure wish I would have found this out last year. I have been out and spent sooooo much money searching for theirs. Looks like Keystone purchased all of Peaks F/O's when they closed. I just KNEW they had to all go somewhere! Didnt realize they would actually say "Peaks" oils. Thanks again!
  8. I am STILL looking for this fragrance oil! I have six different company's Ciders and none have that same deep, rich apple scent. Does anybody know what Indiana Candle Supply did with this one??? I want it BAD!
  9. Would you happen to want to get rid of any of your Berts or KY? If so, message me!
  10. and.......did you think it was as good as Peaks Purely Peppermint?
  11. The time has come....I am completely out of Peaks Purely Peppermint. I have tried several other companies as quantities were getting low, but just haven't found "the one". Any suggestions for a knock-your-socks-off peppermint like Peaks?
  12. Dalmation Sage (Salvia officinalis) is the type used for cooking, so I would recommend that. HTH
  13. Just make sure they are made of polypropylene so they dont suck up the scent. Also, buy AMERICAN made!
  14. Does it have any apple in it, or is it just the mulling spices and I would have to add some apple?
  15. Ok, so I just went to their website and cant find it! What the heck? Did they discontinue it? It was the most yummy Mulled Cider EVER! Does anyone know where I can get it? It was originally Snowtop's (thus the ST) so dont know if they sold it to another supplier? I will call them in the morning, but thought I'd get on here and check first since its like 1:30 a.m., lol. Any suggestions for a really deep mulling spices cider? Ugh, I hate trying to find dupes
