  1. Can anyone tell me if they ever pour J50 or J223 into silicone molds......let me say it's a cinnamon bun mold that will go into a 5 inch pie tin! Wondering if wax will come out of mold ok! Thanks
  2. Thanks. I will check paper art. I appreciate the info!
  3. If so would love some suggestions on how you package them? Pictures not necessary but if you don't mind sharing that would be great. Laura in Arkansas.
  4. Lets see if I can post this.. Thanks so much for the idea, I think this will look cute in my sons cabins down in Arkansas. Just ordered smelly jelly lids and will get shorter squatty mason jars and I think this will work. Thanks again!
  5. Lets see if I can post this.. Thanks so much for the idea, I think this will look cute in my sons cabins down in Arkansas.
  6. Thank you...going to try it now. Lets see what I can make happen.
  7. I have done dipped animals, toilet paper, reed diffusers, but if anyone has a great idea that I could make to put in some cabins on the lake to keep rooms fresh............please let me know. Thanks
  8. I think they are beautiful, and love the labels. I agree, fill them alittle more if you are going to sell them. Welcome t candlemaking.
  9. When we started (we being my sister and I) bought 1000 jars. Better price and then you have them. Just be sure that tins is what you want to do. Some people love them and other people hate them. My customers like to see the flame and in a tin, it is not as visible. If you can find a china seller that will see just 1000 I would try it. But I agree it is usually 10,000 min.
  10. An Intoxicating Blend Of Exotic Cedarwood And Sultry Cypress, With Hints Of Warm Vanilla And Crisp Juniper Berry.:undecided
  11. Used J50 but the place in Illinois I can pick up from doesn't carry the IGI 4636. So due to cost....I need to choose between IGI 4633 (J223) or IGI 4630 Harmony blend. Can I get some ideas????? on what you all think? I use Zinc wicks too. thanks so much Laura:undecided
  12. Always used J50...bought cases and cases when we started out business in 2004. Now J50 is no longer and I have tried Harmony Blend 4630 (It is ok) but wonder if J223 would be more like J50 or the real difference when it comes to wicking. I use Zinc wicks and have always had a great burn, throw etc. Any ideas please. I need wax within the next month and need some ideas of samples to get before I run out. Thanks everyone.:undecided
  13. I have a ton of 5 inch pie containers that I am selling if you are interested. Let me know.
  14. Thanks you for all of the ideas and suggestions. I appreciate all of them. I will try a few and see what works. That's the nature of the beast.
  15. May I ask if you use zinc wicks....thats what I have always used with the j50. I have a slab of 4630 now. I am going to do some testing. If you don't use zinc wicks do you mind sharing what you use. thanks so much for your help. I can pick up the 4630 and j223 about 15 minutes from my job which is why I am trying to stick with those. I wish they carreid the 4636 but they don't. Appreciate your help.
