Really is hard to say for sure because you never know just what you are buying unless it is from some one you know. I have a few scents that are 6 yr old and work just fine. I don't think you will get a supplier to say they will last over a yr. Keeping light away from them will help a lot. Wilbur

It looks to me that it would be a lot simpler to use wick with no wax. You can buy wick and tabs and make your on wick. This way you can save on wick. When you pour you simply pour over the wick priming it with the same MP wax you are using for that candle. Why are wick waxed anyway. Wilbur
