    I HAVE BEEN A LURKER ON THE BOARD FOR A GOOD WHILE AND HAVE LEARNED SOOOOOOO MUCH FROM A GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE THAT I FEEL LIKE I KNOW LIKE FRIENDS. I AM STILL IN THE EXPERIMENTING STAGE ,STILL LEARNING FROM EVERYONE. I HAD A GREAT TEACHER, DONITA LIVED IN VIRGINIA FOR A WHILE AND IS MY BEST FRIEND SO I LEARNED A LOT FROM HER . I AM A FLORAL DESIGNER BY TRADE AND OWN A business WITH MY HUSBAND. MY KIDS ARE GROWN AND HAVE FAMILIES OF THEIR OWN SO I NOW HAVE "FURBABIES" A TOY POODLE AND A TERRIE

    Hi Donita ( my ya ya ) I can't see your candles in person anymore since you are in Tahoe and I am here so I can enjoy them on here along with everyone else. They are beautiful. You sent me pics of the house , send some of the new studio. I am back on lurking and jumping between soap and candles ....two of my favorite things in the entire world, besides you ,my best friend. Hi everyone else and I know we are all glad to have the queen back !! Miss you but so glad to see your work again. love Shoresgirl

    I must say to be perfectly honest , I am Donita's good friend. :yay:I normally don't post but this time I must. If you only knew how talented she is in soooo many different areas you would be amazed at how one person could be so artistic. In my area we gladly pay for candlemaking classes from her and I think that we are very lucky she is offering these tutorials . My house is filled with her creations ........candles and her handmade lampshades, many she has given me and many I have GLADLY paid for because I want her artwork in my life. I have watched people come into her classes knowing nothing and walking out smiling ear to hear and thrilled with what they learned. She has made many many friends and I count myself so lucky to be one.
