Needing Help w/Pint size jars & wicks

Hello!

I am new here...again... I am wanting to start making

the jelly jar candles in the larger Pint size. My question is

what size wick is best and where can I find them?

I am using currently PSW CB-127b.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Not familiar with the wax you are using...is there another name for it?

I haven't heard of that type of wax either. But I use EL soy wax and in 1/2 pint jars I use HTp-93's and 104's.

I'm not really sure myself as to the brand as I just started making candles and purchased the soy wax from NorthStar Country Candle Company. It is simply sold as 100% pure "Premium Soy Wax CB-127b". I don't know where they get it but it's a wonderful wax that has performed beautifully so far. Before spending a lot of money to test run three or four different wicks, I thought I'd get some input from those who make the pint size candles first.

Don't mean to sound dumb but what size are they in oz or do you mean they have a wide mouth instead of the regular opening? I use cotton wicks (which burn hotter-soy likes that). In the reg 8oz round jj I use 51-32-18 C and if its a tough FO I go up to a 60. For the wide mouth 16 oz round jj I use 60C or 62C (I use this mostly). I know this is different than what your using but thought I'd throw it out there. If it is the wide mouth 8oz I have to check in my notes- I can't remember off hand

For my pint jars I use RRD 47-50 most of the time (depends on FO and dye). I have used these with Northstar's soy wax and they worked out well.
