Jcandleattic
I make my bread dough (but not the bread) in my bread maker and then transfer it to the bread pans. That way all the rising/punching down is done for me. We use our kitchenaid literally for mashed potatoes and that's it. LOL However, with knowing I can make homemade marshmallows now, it'll probably be put to better use.

I do bread by hand.

We have an industrial meat grinder for our meat. We usually get a steer every spring, and do all the processing ourselves. As well as all the elk and deer my husband gets when he hunts. If I had to make bread by hand, it wouldn't get made. LOL
TallTayl
I do the no knead bread. Easy as can be. Have thought a ht about the pasta attachment for the kitchenaid along with the meat grinder,we don't eat a whole lot of meat here though. But.... how about the grain mill for it?
