Nicole
I am using C3 with 6% FO in a 10oz libbey rocks glass (3.125" diameter) with HTP 126. The picture shown is the candle burning for 3 hours. The flame looks super high to me. I have burned a few others the same and constantly have to trim to keep the flame from dancing around. I have tried premier wicks, ECOs and find that HTP gives me the HT I am looking for but I'm not too fond of the flame. Going down one size with an HTP just doesn't burn all the way to the sides in this container. Any thoughts on my flame/wicking?
TallTayl
In my C3 I prefer the CD wicks. Have been doing wick tests and posting them in the General Candle Forum. depending on your case of C3 your results may vary. My latest cases are burning a little different from prior lots. http://www.craftserver.com/topic/109993-wax-andwick-test-1b-c3-soywax-part-2-upgrades-to-small-wicks/#comment-1033155 http://www.craftserver.com/topic/109672-wax-and-wick-test-1-c3-soy-wax/?page=2#comment-1032532
