Gel wax tarts?

I just came across these on etsy and it's very interesting, was curious if anyone knows if you just use regular gel wax or if it's a special blend. When you turn the warmer off the gel just peels right out.

I to am interested in the gel melts.

I purchased some when I was in Gatlinburg last year.  Here are the pros: you can peal the wax out of the container (2) very easy clean up if you allow it to burn all the way. Now for the cons (1) not.a very good scent throw. (2) you have to have a warmer more than 25watt as it doesn't melt all the way other wise 

 

so so I think some experimenting is required.

It makes sense that a lack of scent throw would be noted, as candle gel isn't really noted for having tremendous throw from my experience.
