Trappeur
I'm going to name one of my Christmas Collection fragrances to Christmas Lodge as I just love that name. My question is what fragrance would you relate to this name? An all pine or something else. Thanks. Trappeuyr

puma52
I'm going to name one of my Christmas Collection fragrances to Christmas Lodge as I just love that name. My question is what fragrance would you relate to this name? An all pine or something else. Thanks. TrappeuyrI am imagining a warm and cozy lodge with people all dressed up in their sweaters around the fireplace, candles burning (had to throw this vision in ), the Christmas Tree, snowy and cold outside (this is NOT as good of description as you gave on the CS thread on their new scents ), wine and good food... all things wonderful smelling! Christmas Memories from Cajun Candles....all time best seller @ Christmas for me. Their description below and it does NOT do this wonderful fragrance justice. I LOVE the name of your fragrance by the way! Christmas Memories -Our all-time best selling Christmas fragrance. Everything to remind you of Christmas is here, nutmeg, cinnamon, berries, nuts, apples, oranges, etc. Edited August 21, 2015 by puma52

Scented
Trap, the Rustic Lodge from AH/RE is divine, even with an apple kick in it. If you were to go for a Christmas Lodge, which I like that name too ... what about a combination of bayberry or balsam with some pine needle (smells better than straight pine) and then mix from there trying out samples of typical FOs centered around Christmas. Maybe a hollyberry, maybe some cinnamon and clove and hollyberry, maybe some orange clove and the pines ... or maybe just a mint like some peppermint or some candy cane. Just some thoughts that came to mind here ... or maybe the pine mix with some mint and quite possibly an underlining herbal boost of some kind ... I think AH/RE also has a Cozy Christmas smell too ... it reminds me of NG's Christmas Cabin. Edited August 21, 2015 by Scented

Trappeur
Dang Trappeur! I was really trying to pretend Christmas is still 8 mos away.Isn't that the truth Kandle K??? I swear I've never had to prepare like I'm doing now. That apple orchard account that I landed said they would take a nice big Christmas order the 1'st of October. And all because of me sitting here one day at the computer twiddling my thumbs thinking of things to do and I got this wild streak "a christmas collection"......and they went for it.......Geesh!!! It's not even the end of August, nor labor day....not even trick or treat season or even Thanksgiving and I'm already doing Christmas??? Well, this is what I always wanted and now I've got it! lol And they aren't even picking out any scents, just saying go for it.......lol... Oh boy oh boy... That's why I'm asking everyone for suggestions so I can try and do the best I can and be the best for what I can offer. The only problem is I come on here and I get in trouble as everyone keeps bringing up these awesome fragrances and I WANT THEM ALL!!! I'v got to narrow down 26 fragrances I've come up with on labels to maybe 6 or 8 like Old Glory suggested for such a big account. You should see what I have! It's disgusting...I'll post them so you all can see...you will think I will have lost it. It's a good thing I've been making candles for myself and burning them to see how I like them as there are a few that I just don't care for that I'll ditch Old Glory I made up a sample of that Rustic Lodge from AR that I'll burn in 2 weeks and some of those other suggestions you mentioned. Geesh I love everyone's ideas. Scented I love your ideas and the bayberry and a balsam is right up my alley....Actually I ordered some bayberry/cinnamon from Fillmore which is an awesome awesome fragrance I love and have made it for myself so I know that is a proven scent. Keep the ideas coming if you all would please. Trappeur

These 2 are always best-sellers for me in the Fall/Christmas time. Edited August 21, 2015 by puma52

Belinda
Cajun's cream brûlée is wonderful! So is Mike's brulee from Mike's fragrances (used to be Starville). Ravens told me about his a while back and I ordered a bottle and it's great too! I can send you a sample of each if you'd like to try them. I like them both so much that I renamed one and kept them both!
