what do I need to add?

I have melts at a farmer's market right now - probably around 50 fragrances and adding each week. I am trying to divide them into categories for easy shopping and I wonder if I am overlooking some types of scents. So far I have bakery & coffee shop, clean (to encompass laundry type scents and spa type scents), fruity, resinous, outdoorsy, designer, a few ocean types, a few florals... people are not ready to buy spicy scents yet.

What am I missing? I have a habit of 'rabbit holing', that is to say I don't stray far from scents that I like. I am considering a natural group - lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint, citrus, but they will have to have a different price structure.

Actually I get asked for spicy scents all the time. Especially cinnamon. Today my pumpkin spice was a winner! So you may want to rethink the spicy scents.

If it were me, I would add a line of aromatic and incense types like cedar, sandlewood, dragon's blood, nag champa, angel, oakmoss & amber, patchouli, etc.

Thanks for your suggestions!

I am already taking spicy scents, but my customers are not interested. I don't know what's up with that, lol. Could be the stifling heat.

The resinous category includes sandalwood, amber, and a peppercorn. I put a tobacco type with them. I'll look at adding something powdery like nag champa.

Someone asked for patchouli last week, but if I add patchouli the price for that one will be much higher. That is one fragrance I just can't compromise my standards on, so it's the good stuff or it's nothing.
