Scented Posted May 2, 2015 Share Posted May 2, 2015 (edited) I've used it. Milk is soothing to the skin. I've only used powder form though. In batches that I have made, which yield about 14-16 bombs, I have used about 1/16th of a cup. I've been using yogurt powder now though.
