If that is the case you go to my settings then go to notifications options, Scroll down till you find the PM settings you have to have a check in the boxes you want notifications on. I checked out the back side you are to get PMs but it looks like all your notifications are turned off. If it is different that the email notifications let me know I and I will check further.
