craftlover
Hi . I've been mixing and testing out several parasoy blends and the one I've liked the most is 75% soy and 25% paraffin. But.. It is a blend of 3 waxes instead of 2. I was wandering if anyone else blended theirs like that versus just one type of soy and one type of paraffin. Mine is 2 different soys and 1 paraffin. Also how long should I let it cure? Thanks in advance!
Jcandleattic
If the mix works for you, stick with it. Many people mix their own waxes in different variations. Since the soy amount is so high, I would cure for at least 7-10 days before testing/burning.
Candybee
I used to mix just 2. One each of soy and paraffin. I do like a 75/25% ratio thou. Thats a good solid blend. Like JC said, if it works for you go for it!
lisajo
i prefer mixing my own parasoy blend. i'm doing 50:50 because that's what i like right now.
