Well done.....spectacular... What scents did you do them in? Trappeur
KrazeKelly
Thanks again!!! The strawberry is Strawberry Patch from Cajun Candles. It's my first time using it and I figured it would turn brown, so I planned for the bottom to be brown like dirt. It's not getting as dark as I thought it would though. Hmmmm...... It's the most realistic strawberry I've found. I hope it holds up. The cupcakes are Vanilla Bean Nectarine from Peak. I LOVE it.....I always keep it around. Christmas soaps are Frozen from AH/RE....... Clean and Fresh I really like it. Red, white and Blue is Barbershop 1920's from AH/RE The two loaves are Apples & Oats (AH/RE) and Fresh Coffee (Candlescience) I'll attach some cut photos.....the strawberry, and Apples & Oats are darken than the cut pics..... and I'll add a few more of my recent soaps.
Guest OldGlory
If I saw those at a craft fair or farmers market I would spend every last penny I had right there. I am such a sucker for great soap.

Shar
Wow, they all look amazing! Beautiful soaps! I will have to try Cajun's Strawberry patch next time I order- very hard to find a good strawberry for cp! Their Hurricane Daiquir is one of the best citrus fragrances I've ever soaped! Try it if you haven't already and also Eucalyptus Spearmint bbw dupe. They have some Great oils!
KrazeKelly
Thanks Shar and everyone. Shar, I keep smelling the Strawberry to check for fading. It's not as awesome as oob but its still there. I'll let you know how it turns out. Its not getting any darker so it may be a good one for color. Thanks for the recommendations, I'll check them out!! Thanks for the recommendations, I'll check them out!!Yes, please let us know. I've never gotten a strawberry to work in CP. It always ALWAYS either fades or morphs to a really horrid smell. (Like I'm not even going to describe how bad some of them have been) I have to either mix them, or not use them, so it will be interesting to hear how yours turns out... Shar
How's the strawberry holding up?
KrazeKelly
Hi Shar, While the scent is still there, it's not nearly as lickable as it is oob. I like it but probably not something I will keep and I was actually hoping it would go a darker brown to look like dirt in my soap but it stayed a light beige color. I did use TD though. Now, the MP strawberry soap on top does have the scent in it also and it smells great!!! I may try to do a MP/CP mix and see how that works to hold the true fragrance....... here's a not so great photo and they still need cleaning up. Shar
Thanks for the update Kelly. Looks about the same color, still pretty. BCN strawberry jam turned brown, but wasn't impressed with the scent retention in cp. Been a long time since i've tried it in soap though.. I've read good reviews on S weetcakes version, but haven't ordered any yet.
