That said, there are others on another forum who have used this supplier. Also mixed reviews. It sounds like the products might be fine but packaging, shipping and customer service is lacking. One person ordered over 100lbs of cocoa butter and absolutely loves it. Another only ordered a pound. She said the butter was nice but it was very difficult to get out of the container. And, she was shorted 2 ounces. When she sent an email to the supplier she was told if she melted it down there would be 16 fluid ounces, which is how the sell. Others have experienced extremely poor shipping and packaging. And others, no problems at all. I've looked at them in the past and just can't bring myself to try them. I don't find the information they give to be accurate all the time (they said all essential oils should be used within 6 months which is not true, especially with resinous oils like patchouli). Further, I recommend buying an ounce first and if it's to your liking buy a larger bottle. Hopefully it will be the same batch. I made the mistake of ordering a 1 lb bottle of patchouli and it simply wasn't very good - but I am uber picky about patchouli.
