I'm not sure I care for it much. I melted some tarts about 24 after making them - didn't seem strong. Shar Posted March 21, 2014 Share Posted March 21, 2014 I soaped up a batch of soap with NDA's Strawberry Smoothie fo- smells more like a strawberry jolly rancher candy. I initially made a half batcn to see how well customers would like it and all bars have sold:-) I consider it more of a kid soap. My all-time favorite is ICS's Fresh Picked Strawberries I could not agree more regarding BCN Strawberry Jam. It smells artificial to me as do most of their scents to my nose anyway. ICS Fresh Picked Strawberry is wonderful. I have never soaped it though. I gave up soaping strawberry. Hate to say it, but i really dislike all of them. I know i should not judge til they are in product, but they all have the same strange, offputting note to them. The later part of the sniff and dry down revealed the icky, chemically part. I have all of them on blotters now to get a better sense of them, along with the CP notes.I'll let you know how they fare and compare to the Sweetcakes version.
