I don't know what wax you use but Peak's Lilac is awesome in paraffin... I won't use anything else. Can't help on the others you asked about...

I wick mine with LX12 (I use paraffin)

I don't think it's the mango... I use mango in mine and it's not grainy at all

My floor is concrete also. The cold was the 'other' issue as working/standing on it all day took a toll on my back/legs/feet. My DH went to a local farming supply store and bought me "cattle" pads. They are about 4' X 6' pads meant to put in livestock pens - but they work perfectly in not only insulating the cold, but fixed my pain problems as well. Sounds crazy, but... they are about an inch thick and I, like the livestock lol, can stand on them all day without issue!

Same here - my DH wouldn't use anything else and we live on a farm (plenty of bugs!)

I'm curious as to what FO it is! If I run into one that needs more than 1oz (maybe 1.2) pp to perform well I won't use it! Too many good ones out there that will, and with the cost - no way.

I know the answer is here somewhere because there was a discussion about it not that long ago, but for the life of me I can't find the thread. Can someone tell me where I can order syringes/needles on line to try my hand at injecting stuffed animals with FO? (yes, I stink at googling too) TIA
