    "Poly" bags

Yep, that's where I get my polypro bags too. But I asked them about the ones they have names as "Poly" in the catalog/online and they told me if it just says "Poly" then it is polyethylene. The other bags have the full name. So I always make sure when I'm looking I click on the polypro link.
  2. Just Scent and Natures Garden both have one. I have a sample from one of them at home; just can't remember who right now!
  3. Like a floral perfume, I guess is how I'd describe it. Here is what Elements shows: Apparently it is sold in high end spas and boutiques.
  4. I'm looking to rename the Kai type that I picked up from Elements. At the moment I have it colored almost a baby blue. If that seems wrong for the scent please say so too! I'm bad with names but my BF's sister came up with these that I like: Angel's Touch Tropical Angel Angel's Breeze I had come up with Blossoming Tropics and Spa Delight. My BF thinks something with the word Spring in it, like Spring Morning. I think the scent is too perfumey for the word Spring though. Do any of these work or does anyone have a better idea? Thanks Jennifer ETA: I should have looked first...I found Angel Touch to be a VS scent. So will disregard that one!
  5. I found some perfect size labels for the tins that Elements has at Online Labels. I use these for "scent sniffers" at my desk at work for my candle scents. I'm pretty sure it's these..I will verify when I get home. http://www.onlinelabels.com/OL2083.htm
  6. I have only tried Elements. I made melts out of it using IGI 4794 and 1 oz pp, and found that after I had that melting for a short while I had to turn it off. First time I ever had to do that. So I ended up backing down on that one.
  7. I just thought of this...with gel candles we used to get a box of those plastic transparencies (for the overhead projectors) and cut what size we needed out of those. We'd use them to keep the gel from getting dusty. That might be a better option for you, if you haven't placed an order already.
  8. you can find some here: http://allwhitecandles.easystorecreator.com/items/candle-packaging-and-candle-shrink-wrap/1000-plastic-pillar-candle-end-caps-for-shrink-wrap-3ew-detail.htm not sure if this is a good price or not. It's just the only place I've seen them
  9. It is not three melts, actually. It would be 3 packages. My original bag was going to have 3 melts in it. The box I am getting in at the end of the week, I am hoping to get 3 in there as well. With the crinkle paper for protection I may only be able to fit two. The cardboard/tissue paper/shrink wrap, my plan is for 3 in there as well. I responded to cost concerns in the off topic section already, so I won't repeat that portion here. Thank you.
  10. I have decided I would like to do a few "test shipments" using these three packaging ideas - the original bag I was planning to use, the box with crinkle paper I ordered in, and the cardboard with shrink wrap idea that came in after I ordered the boxes with crinkle paper! You will have to pay for the shipping to be part of this test. If you are interested, PM me and I will provide the additional terms. If you accept those terms you will receive the dragonflies next week. Participant spaces are limited. Thank you for your interest. Jennifer
  11. A receipt printer would be great. Did Propay offer that as well or did you have to get it elsewhere?
  12. They look great. The only way I get no bubbles is to cook the finished candle in the oven for too long...not the best way to go, especially if you have wax or suspended embeds. The bubbles are a "neat feature" of the gel. You can use a heat gun to get rid of some but it takes a long time. It was faster for me to just learn to love the bubbles.
  13. I thought about getting the reader and ended up not. Don't need the cash outlay for that right now, though I may end up doing it later. I asked not long ago if anybody here ended up getting one and got no replies at that time...so I took it as a "no."
  14. Everybody around here LOVES the White Tea & Berries...and the Green Tea & Lemongrass too!
