  1. Hello All, I have not been on here forever and took a couple of years off after having my little. I am getting started again and looking for a good tart/melt wax. I would like one that has a fabulous HT. I was using a 100% soy before but it would crumble when trying to get out of the clamshells. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I cannot wait to start making again as I have missed it terribly!! Thanks Everyone!
  2. Do you just sell them like tarts? I have wondered about these.
  3. Now I really feel bad. I have not received one e-mail from her.
  4. You know babygirl, I was wondering that as well. But since the move, I have not been able to try anything so I kinda just put everything on the back burner. I would definately be interested in knowing the same thing.
  5. Sounds interesting. Might have to put this on my to try list.
  6. How do you make powdered incense? I have never heard of it.
  7. I found that the scents never lasted long either. I will have to try the mister bottle and see how that goes. You stated that you sell the freshener with the mister. What do you sell those for?
  8. I really like those!! Just one more thing to try!!
  9. I use the 415 and will add the CO 76 to help with the frost. I have added some stearic acid to a few testers to help with hardness but have not heard anything back from my testers yet.

    ornies?

They don't look THAT awful!! If you want brighter colors, I would use less color. Also, I have metal molds so I bend them before each use to lay flat. I also do not cook mine as long as the BC site says. Yours look like they cooked to long. And like others have said, I also trim off any weird excess if it bothers me. I know the first time I made these, they looked worse than yours. I cooked them way too long and the colors were supposed to be a bright blue and red. I got gross and grosser!! But I cut way back on the colors and have not had a problem since. Also, I sometimes use the powdered dyes and will get some cool variations. Good luck and just try again!!
  11. Thanks so much for the help Barbara!! I am going to be making some more this week so I will try that.
  12. Hi all, I was wondering if any of you add extra FO to wickless candles or melts/tarts or if you add a refresher bottle of FO in like 1/2 dram size so that the scents can be refreshed when they fade? I had someone ask me about a refresher bottle and thought I would get some input on what others do. Thanks in Advance for the help!!
  13. Thanks Barbara. I have the oil dispersable. Can I use that??
