  1. From the description, I would call it Eden. It works well in soap too.
  2. I second Nurture. I've recently started testing their FOs in soaps and they have many hard to find Lush dupes. Two discontinued FOs I'm hoping they bring back are Lily Savon and Superworld Unknown, even if it is a special buy. Check out Fragrance Buddy also. I have all the ones you listed from FB and they are all nice even The Olive Branch, an FO that I don't like in general.
  3. I couldn't have been more surprised at the Wellington FOs. I ordered from them too so I stop wasting time looking at their versions of various Jo Malone dupes. I had been looking for the Linden scent for a long time. I figured I try a few FOs, get disappointed and forget about them. I ordered at the same time from several companies including The Flaming Candle, The Candlemakerstore, and Just scents. I already had the FOs from MMS and Nurture. I tested all the FOs at the same time using the same soap batter. I'm usually happy if 10% of the FOs I buy make it through the cp process. I would easily buy bigger bottles of at least half of the ~20 Wellington FOs that I tested. I placed a second order within a month with several larger bottles and more samples than I want to count. I haven't had a chance to test the new samples yet but they smelled nice OOB. Even scents I wouldn't necessarily use myself smelled well balanced. Either my nose is a good match for the nose creating the Wellington FOs or they have a master nose working for them. If you do some testing, please share your experience. Of all the FOs I tested, only the JS scents didn't work well. They didn't have much longevity spotted on paper (all gone in 1 hour) or in soap. It's too bad because the Sorrel and Lemon Thyme smelled really good. It would have made a great soap scent.
  4. I have the MMS version of the French Lime. It has some off base notes that tend to become harsher and more dominant the longer you smell them (at least to my nose). I ended up mixing it 1:1 with the Elderflower scent. I bought the NS dupe of the MO Elderflower called Sambucus. The 2 together are better than either one alone in soap. The Elderflower mellowed the Linden off notes and made the scent easier to detect in soap. If you're using it for candles, you might want to try different ratios. You probably need more of the Linden to keep the scent more true to Linden. I ended up buying big bottles of Wellington's versions of both of these FOs after testing the samples (Elderflower Bloom and Jo Malone's French Lime) even though I have a lb of the other 2. I'm a hobbyist soaper so a lb lasts me a long time. The 2 Wellington FOs don't need any doctoring. They are spot on on their own. The Elderflower has more depth than the MO or NS version and the French Lime is pretty close to L'Occitane's version or at least what I remember of it. I also bought some aroma molecules that include Linden type accords but I haven't had a chance to test them yet. When I have more time, I plan on mixing the 2 Lindens with the Elderflower and aroma molecules. If I come up with anything better, I'll update this thread.
  5. I've never tried Daystar. The chocolate nut brownie is not a scent I use for soaps. I'm not sure how many people here use it for candles. I'll send it to Daystar if there is enough interest in it.
  6. I still have the chocolate nut brownie. It seems like I didn't send too many of the sweet/foodie scents because I didn't think Nurture would be interested in them. Their focus is on soapers. I haven't heard anything from Nurture about the FOs I sent. Maybe there is another vendor that is more focused on candles that we can send it to.
  7. I buy from many companies so I'm not sure why I avoided this company for a long time. I recently ordered a number of Linden and Jo Malone dupes from a number of companies including Wellington. I ended up with about 20 of their premium samples. I was surprised at how well blended their oils are. They smelled great OOB and spotted on paper. I made soap testers about a month ago. Many of the FOs made it so far and I have already ordered larger bottles and additional samples. I probably have close to a 100 of their samples now. This is saying something about the quality of the samples I already tested given the fact that they don't have IFRAs for their oils and I have over 500 different FO samples from other companies. Their version of FOs I was looking for were the best of all the ones I tried. The Wellington Linden (French Lime) is much better blended than the MMS version which has some sharp unpleasant off notes and needs blending to mellow it out.
  8. I sent a box of the TCS FOs to Nurture. I asked Carrie to test the FOs and pick what she likes for duping. I'll check this weekend to see if the chocolate nut brownie was among them. She planned on waiting until they moved into their new location to do the duplications because of space limitation. I had the MMS Sweet Musk few years back and I didn't care for it in soap. The TCS smelled different to me. It is very strong and lovely in soap. It discolored a light pistachio green and stayed that way. It survived a long cure without morphing or DOS. I dumped the soap I made with the MMS SM. Maybe MMS reformulated their SM after I tested it. I should have some of the TCS SM and I'm happy to send a sample out for comparison.
  9. I sent samples of the TCS FOs to Nurture Soap for duping this past week. I've asked that they test them to see if they like to add them to their line. The TCS FOs behave very well in cp soaps. Off the top of my head, I sent: True Lavender, Peach raspberry Magnolia, Tangerine Dreams, Redwood Cedar, Under the tree, Sweet Musk, Vanilla Bean Noel, Dried Apple Wreath, Winter Candy Apple, LoveSpell, Forest Muse, Lilac, Sweat pea, Honeysuckle, Butt Naked, Spicy apples&peaches, Pina Colada, and Be Delicious. I may have forgotten some. If you are interested in these or you want to add more FOs to the list, send a message to Carrie at Nurture Soaps to let her know which ones you are looking for. She had been incredibly generous helping duplicate FOs that are no longer readily available. I just got some of the Mad Oil as well as the LUSH dupes for testing in cp soaps.
  10. No Nurture sells in smaller (to larger) quantities. They've just duped some of the Mad Oils FOs because MO stopped carrying their oils in smaller quantities. This is why I thought of asking them to dupe the TCS oils before I run out. Here is what I have in: ~1lb+: True Lavender, Peach Raspberry Magnolia, Redwood Cedar, Tangerine Dreams, Forest Muse, Sweet Musk ~2 to 4 oz: Under the tree, VBN, Sweat Pea, Lovespell, Dried Apple Wreath, Lilac, Spicy Apples&Peaches ~1oz: Chocolate Nut Brownie, Brown sugar & Honey, Buttercream, Sweet coconut, Birthday Cake, Georgia Peach, Honeysuckle Passion, lemon Chiffon Pie, Fruit Loops, Fruit Slices, Hot Maple Toddy, Be delicious, Ocean Fresh, Flowerbomb Type, Butt Naked, Sugar Cookie, Butterscotch Brulee, Fresh Strawberry, Egg Nog, Spiced Clove, Spiced Cranberry, Gingerbread House, Red Velvet Cupcake, Christmas Tree, Christmas Splendor, Pumpkin Souffle, Strawberry Cheesecake, Mulberry. I was able to buy a few (but not all) of the ones I liked when TCS announced the sale. I plan on sending the ones in the top 2 lines to Nurture. I can contribute the ones in 1oz categories if anybody is interested. FYI: Candle Cocoon Neroli de la Luna is an exact dupe for Redwood Cedar (at least in soap). Branbleberry Summer Fling is a poor dupe for Peach Raspberry Magnolia if anybody is looking. The TCS version is much stronger, doesn't discolor and is much cleaner smelling than BB.
  11. I signed up to let you all know that I've asked Nurture Soap to dupe the TCS FOs. They have kindly agreed to do it and will have some of them available later this year. I had been stocking this thread hoping to hear that somebody will buy them or dupe the oils. Sadly, it became clear that these FOs weren't going to be available retail any time soon . I'm a hobbyist soaper and I liked many of the TCS FOs. The scents are clean, behaved in cp and played very well in blends. I'm hoping that Nurture likes them enough to offer many of them for sale. If anybody has a favorite or want to add their favorite to the duping list, please let Nurture Soap know about your interest. I have to check my stock and will make a list of the ones I have this weekend. PS. I'll be buying the FOs just like everybody else. I don't benefit in any way and I don't sell.
